1) Could we see the list showing all participants?

Please look at the Registration section . Click on the ‘Export as excel’ in the upper right corner. Then you can take list of all participants.

2) How many days will it take from the registration to the card payment?

If you pay with either than AMEX card (visa, master etc), you will see payment online on booking panel. Also , you will get written confirmation.

If you pay AMEX card, your will see your payment on booking panel after 2-3 days and We will confirm it.

3) I make my register and hotel booking. Now I would only make transfer.

Please click here and choose transfer request. You can make online transfer.

4) If I need to modify something about organisation, how should I contact?

5) About transfer between hotel and airport

The following amounts are posted on the Registration Web site.

Mercedes Vito (7 people) Minivan €245

Mercedes Sprinter (17 people): €275

BUS (40 people): €655

6) Each individual is charged this amount, but it will the difference be refunded once the number of passengers on the bus is determined?

To make booking, please confirm type of car on requested date with flight details and mentioned the number of traveller . If you share the vehicle and informed us earlier, (at least 2-3 days before) We will pay your money back at the desk . For example, you did not decide your vehicle type and you did process with your credit card for the maximum amount once and We will refund for the difference at the desk.

7) About vehicle fee:

Mercedes Vito: 245.00 EUR for a maximum of 7 people, resulting in a per-person cost of 35 Euro.

Yes, it is 7 seats but it is tiddy if you use as 7 travellers, mostly we advice ( because you have luggage) 5-6 people in this vehicle. Let me remind ALL THESE CARS ARE PRİVATE and for your arrival time waiting to you only, our represantive person handle the board as 20th 701FD GT Users Conference 2023, will pick up you at arrival gate -2 Floor and shows the car where you get on.

Mercedes Sprinter: 275.00 EUR for a maximum of 16 people, resulting in a per-person cost of 17 Euro.

Yes, it is 16 seats but it is tiddy also, if you confirm, mostly we advice 12-14 person in this vehicle . BUS: 655.00 EUR for a maximum of 42 people, resulting in a per-person cost of 15 Euro. If it’s a bus, it will be 15 euros per person for 42 people, but we don’t know how many people are actually on the bus until we get their flight information, For all these pre booking confirm & paid transfers, if they need private or as closed group requests. If you are a group for BUS, you can confirm&pay and send the names later.
